A very established institution with great employees. The Doctors, Nurses and other staff are very experienced and professional. There is a new shaded car park which is beneficial to the patients. The receptionists answered all the calls and inquiries immediately. Requesting of reports/documents were provided in a timely manner. In conclusion, I highly recommended this hospital.

All i can say is the nursing staff and Doctors are excellent and knowledgeable especially when my friend admitted in Daycase unit for the procedure. Me and my friend is very anxious and the staff comforted my friend and give advices on her procedure. We got discharged with full confidence on how we will manage at home. “We go to Ibn Al Nafees Hospital every month for monthly check up. We also go here for specialist from ENT to Gastro etc. They have many specialists doctors here and you can have appointment on call or online which is convenient. They have spacious hospital, reception area every floor and a parking space. Also they have Sadad machine here so whenever you need to pay your bills. Have coffee machine here for quick drinks for fils only. They also have pharmacy and cafeteria inside the hospital itself.
